Our 6th year in business… we’ve upped the game with a swanky NEW City of Fog website!
From being established in 2015, the City of Fog business has grown from just supplying a handful of loyal friends with juice to, 2017 opening the first City of Fog physical store and now we’ve invested in bringing you a new online shopping experience.
Like most small businesses we started off with just us doing our own WIX website, as the orders and stock levels grew we quickly realised that the WIX platform wasn’t going to allow us to expand our business to it’s potential. So in true entrepreneurial fashion we posted on our COF Facebook page if anyone had experience in woo commerce! With several replies we settled on one local company (and they buy our liquid) called ‘visualise‘, as we loved their style of work on their portfolio. And so the process began!
With our NEW website now launched, we now have a much more visually stunning website where we can promote heavily such things as ‘Flavour of the Week’ and new product launches. The whole website design has been created to match our brand and incorporate the ‘cloud’ of smoke. Navigation is now much easier with the COF branded e-liquids front and centre and also making guest juices, vaping kits and accessories more easily accessible to the customer.
As well as our hardware and e-liquids, we have now introduced ‘COF’ectionery‘ where we have for sale all those favourite sweets from the USA.
Our ‘REWARDS’ scheme is now much easier to use and redeem. Customers can see their points accrued in their account and also how many points can be earned when purchasing any of the products available in the COF cart. To redeem points and get a discount, this can be done simply at the checkout of the order. Discounts are limited to 150 points per order though!
As well as earning points for every item bought from City of Fog, we’ve also got incentives to create an account where you will have 20 points deposited into your account and for every review left on a product, as long as you are signed into your account you will receive 50 points into your account.
Each week we will be promoting a ‘Flavour of the Week’, which will be displayed on the front page and accessible via the ‘offers‘ page. Every Monday morning a newsletter will be sent out to members with the NEW ‘Flavour of the Week’ on it, so if you haven’t done so already get yourself signed up the newsletter to receive all the latest news and offers from the City of Fog.
