Where do we start with the Elf Bar FB1000 Pod Kit… One word…SMALL!
But… in answer to the question does size matter? Keep reading and you’ll find out the answer! What we have here is well worth its place on my ‘vapes to use’ shelf!
When I took the Elf Bar FB1000 Pod Kit out of the box, which is very nice truth be told, where packaging goes a long way to selling things, it had to be said that I thought I would crush it with my spade sized hands! However, it feels nice to hold whichever way you decide to hold it. Remit does come with a lanyard which I recommend using to stop you losing it! (Needle in a haystack if you lose it)
Setup was easy and within a couple of minutes we were vaping! One major problem with this is the tight draw. It is very tight, BUT after a play around I had nailed the way to use this. If I literally hovered my lips over the mouthpiece and used the bottom to fire, I got the perfect draw on it. My mouth was creating the airflow and that’s all I needed to absolutely fall in love with this great piece of kit.
I was using the City of Fog Vape Store in the UK’s NEW ‘lemon sherbet‘ SaltFill and I was using this as my daily mod for 4 days. The coil started to fade away at the end of that 4th day. Battery life was brilliant. A full charge at night and then a 2 hour charge at lunch time would see me through the whole day. Much much better than other small devices that I have used.
For £16.99 this is perfect and I genuinely think you would struggle to get better value for money. The juice lasts for ages. The battery is superb, and the flavour slaps you round the face. It really is a brilliant little device made by a company who primarily do disposables.
If you are a cloud chaser but only want that small mod then this works for you. I love plumes of vapour and was expecting this to let me down but for something so little it has a very big kick out.
Overall, I wish this was bigger. Not necessarily more powerful but just bigger in size. I have huge hands and whilst it’s easy to use with my hands I just prefer the feel of a bigger mod. You will lose one on at-least one occasion. You’ll need to do more than a man look to find this when you’ve laid it in the sideboard. But if you can get past its size then you won’t be disappointed.
So, does size matter?
In this case NO. I was delighted with what I got for my money. I was that happy I’m still using it when I am at home and for me to stick to using the same thing for a while is unheard of.
If you’re on Elf Bar disposables, or any disposable for that matter, this really is one of the best entry devices on the market.
